Notes
Check your banana bread with a butter knife or skewer. Insert either one and once pulled out check no batter is on it. If it comes out clean your Banana bread is ready!
I have separated the dry from wet ingredients in the Ingredients section I hope this helps.
The aluminium foil is added in the last 30 minutes of cooking to stop the top from burning and drying out.
I used a combination of white and brown simply for taste and caramelisation of the banana bread. You can just use white sugar if thatās only what you have on hand.
The biggest tip I can offer in this Banana bread process is to NOT over mix the batter! Only mix enough to just incorporate the ingredients. This is the best way to a super moist Banana bread.
Add some sugar and walnuts to the top of the Banana bread before baking if desired.
