HELLO

What changed my life…

In 2021 I was diagnosed with a life changing condition, it was the words no one ever wants to hear “You have cancer”
I live and work in Australia, I was working in retail climbing the ladder of success at the time. I am a regular Aussie, friends, family and fun. I definitely burnt the candle at both ends. My diet wasn’t the best, being time poor. I was spending 10+ hours at work. Even then I was thinking of easier ways to cook nutritional meals trying to incorporate as many fruit and vegetables as I could. Little did I know I was failing to meet the basic 2 fruit and 3 vegetables. 
Fast forward to right now, after a long road for me healing, I want to share my journey to help and inspire so many others. I can help you with the knowledge, experience and tools so you can get the best out of cooking, eating and movement. These fresh, quick and easy meals I have tried and tested at home and share with you all to enjoy! Whether you’re a time poor, busy mum, a shift worker, or just need some healing from inside out, I know my blog will help you. 
I’m also excited to bring my partner aboard, who is a Certified Fitness and Rehabilitation Coach amongst many certifications. With her experience in movement and fitness combined with my cooking and healthy meals I bring you Food2Fight.
