Super simple and versatile salad dressing. This is my quick and easy version of home made salad dressing and it literally goes with any salad.

What goes into this Salad Dressing? - Olive Oil
- Dijon mustard
- Apple Cider Vinegar
You will need the following tools
- Jar with lid or a measuring cup
- Measuring spoons
Let‘s get this started!!!!
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons of Olive oil
1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
Instructions
Measure out all three ingredients and add to a lidded jar or measuring cup
Stir or shake until combined
Add to your fresh salad and serve immediately

Notes
I do encourage you use a good quality Olive Oil it will make all the difference in this salad dressing
Dijon mustard is versatile I always have a jar available in my fridge especially with it’s listed health benefits.
I use Apple Cider vinegar once again for its health benefits. If however you only have white or brown vinegar both with work.
You can add fresh garlic, herbs or even Parmesan if you wish. I add my herbs to the salad instead of the salad dressing.
I keep different sized jars from used up Sauces or Condiments, wash them thoroughly and use those for mixing salad dressing. You could just add it to a cup or bowl and mix with a fork or whisk.
